Welcome to We Wash Cars – Mobile Cleaners. By using our services or booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings & Appointments
- All services must be booked in advance via our online form, by phone, or through WhatsApp.
- Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or phone within the set time on the page you are booking, as services may vary.
- We reserve the right to reschedule bookings in the event of adverse weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, and will do so in consultation with you.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit (if applicable).
- You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge if done within the required time.
3. Access & Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the vehicle or premises at the scheduled time.
- We are not liable for delays caused by inaccessible vehicles, locked gates, or limited space.
4. Payments
- Payment is required either at the time of booking via our website or upon completion of the service, as outlined in the payment options on the booking page.
- We accept payment via card, EFT, cash, and approved mobile payment options. A combination of card and cash payments is also permitted where necessary.
- Prices are listed per service/package. Additional fees may apply for extreme dirt, pet hair, or added services as Add-On options on the booking form or upon inspection.
5. Service Limitations
- We strive for thorough and professional service, but we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or odours.
- Seat removal is not included unless specified in a premium detail package or an Add-On service if not part of a package.
- Some surfaces and materials may react differently to cleaning products; care is taken, but minor risks exist.
6. Weather & Environmental Conditions
- Outdoor services are weather-dependent. In case of rain or strong winds, bookings may be postponed for safety and quality reasons.
- We use water-wise and Eco-friendly methods wherever possible and come prepared for the service you have purchased; however, certain services may require access to a water and/or power supply. This may apply, for example, if you request additional vehicles to be cleaned beyond your booking, or if you permit us to utilize such resources when necessary.
7. Liability
We are insured and exercise the utmost care in all services; however, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage – We document any visible damage with images before service for your and our records
- Electrical faults in vehicles – Before commencing service, we will ask if there are any known faults or broken parts we should be aware of
- Personal items left inside the vehicle or on the premises – All items found will be placed in a bag or box for safekeeping before we begin the service. and
- All claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed.
8. Commercial, Fleet & Property Services
- Quotes for commercial and fleet clients are determined by fleet size, service frequency, and location.
- Prices for Fleet & Commercial Packages are based on a base price per item, and,
- An on-site inspection may be required before final pricing is confirmed.
- Written contracts typically govern long-term service agreements.
9. Promotions & Coupons
- Promotional discounts and coupons are valid for a limited period only, as stated in the relevant advertisement, competition, or campaign, and are subject to the terms and conditions of that campaign.
- Only one coupon may be applied per booking, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Misuse or duplication of coupons may result in the cancellation of the booking and termination of service, and, where applicable, may be reported as a criminal offence or civil liability.
10. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a location is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable for service.
- Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and may, where appropriate, be reported to the relevant authorities.
11. Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with any booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
